A cocktail bar in Terminal A
Do the names Foraged Tonic, Cointreau Fizz or Porn Star Martini ring a bell? If they do, hurry up and enjoy a delicious tipple at Terminal A’s “Cocktail Affair”. Come and discover (or rekindle with) these delicious drinks made using The Botanist Gin, Cointreau and Passoã.
The Botanist Gin owes its reputation to its unique botanical composition. Made of 22 endemic plants of Islay, where it is still traditionally made, the subtly perfumed Botanist expresses every trait of the inspiring Scottish island. Enjoy its rich aromas and velvety taste on its own or use it for your favourite cocktail.
The mere mention of Cointreau awakens the nostrils and immediately, the coarse yet sweet orange aromas fill the air and bring a sparkle to the early summer! Created in 1875 in the distillery of the Cointreau family in Angers, the liqueur made out of orange peel is renowned all around the world and serves as the base of plethora scrumptiously and devilishly good cocktails.
When Cointreau’s master distiller set foot in Brazil, he discovered passion fruit and decided to create a liqueur. Passoã was born and now serves as the essential base for a wide selection of exotic cocktails. For a first experience, try the Porn Star Martini: a mixture of vodka, Passoã with vanilla syrup, passion fruit and some lime juice… lusciously naughty!
Start your summer love affair with all thinks fruity and nice in the Cocktail Affair bar (Terminal A’s walkthrough – Brussels airport)!
